My charge 3 is still syncing but yet I can’t see the clock etc as screen is black! I have tried restarting it by plugging into the charging port etc and holding button down but have had no success. Any ideas or is it knackered?

I'm having same problem. Normally reset helps, but I don't think its really resting like it should.

I have the same problem - tried resetting several times, no go. The 12 month warranty expired 3 weeks ago. Need help - how do I email someone at Fitbit?

I have this too...about a week now,,then about 2 days ago the screen was all corrupt...and back to black..coming up to 2 years old..I think..I've reset, recharged....too expensive to give up on it yet...

I'm having the same problem too. Charge 3 is able to recharge battery and sync, but I can't see the screen (very, very faint).
I bought it last December 2019 and want to get it fixed before my warranty runs out.

My husband's Fitbit Charge 3 that I bought for him last month, Oct 5th, started having that same issue yesterday. The screen is blank but it is recording his steps and he is able to sync it. He has reset it multiple times but the screen remains black. We hope it's an issue you can fix. Really hope it's not a defective watch that I purchased.

I am having same problem. For a month or so, I’ve had white lines thru the screen after I charged it one day. Now today, the screen is blank but it is still tracking my steps when i sync it shows the steps. So frustrating!
