I have literally tried everything to get my Fitbit to get text notifications back on. Nothing is working. I’m really upset because my charge 3 is not that old. I think I’m going to have to get a new one. I’ve checked every notification blue tooth and message option and deleted the app and the charge 3 and re done it and nothing. This is extremely aggravating.

Mine is an iPhone 7s. It was working for a while and stopped. I’ve been troubleshooting without any luck.

I have the iPhone X but it was working for a while then just stopped.

That’s odd. Why would it have been compatible before and now it isn’t?
