My Charger 3 is not holding a charger. When I connect the charger to the Fitbit the battery icon comes on but it goes back off and it is not charging.

Are the contacts and the pins cleaned on both the device and charger?

Yes. I clean both post. The one on the charger and the Fitbit.

I got a response  back and I did clean the charger pins and the Fitbit and it still want charge.
