Charge 3 time and syncing issues

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Double whammy. My Charge 3 watch time is losing minutes. I have turned it off/reset it, several times now, it appears that all other functions are working. Also since the latest iOS 13.4.1 update this past week my Fitbit App on my 6S Plus iPhone has totally stopped doing anything.

I have (twice now) removed the app from my iPhone and reloaded it. Nothing changes, no syncing, no calculating any movements, sleep etc. The only thing that has appeared on the app is a notification for someone wanting to be a friend (?).  Not tracking anything.

I see watch bands issues have been mentioned and that was my first (within like three months of purchase), the original wrist band on the Charge 3 cracked & broke. I bought replace bands on Amazon three bands for a third of the cost to order direct with Fitbit and then they change a ridiculous  S&B fee on top of that.

This is my fourth Fitbit devise I have owned and the life spans are getting shorter & shorter.

HELP!

It's great to see you here, @Sally46.

I understand how are you feeling and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this syncing issue.

If your tracker isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provided there. Keep in mind that in order to have the correct time and see all of your information, your device needs to be syncing properly.

About the fee you were charged, that is totally with Amazon, since that's the place of your purchase.

Let me know the outcome.
