Charge 3 time is wrong after traveling

I flew home yesterday from Dallas which is an hour behind me, my Charge 3 time changed in Dallas but hasn’t adjusted to my correct time at home. I synced it and it’s still an hour behind. How do I fix this?

Hello @CVac. Welcome to the community forums!

Thank you for the information and for the steps you've followed. Since you changed time zones and the time on your device is still incorrect after syncing, make sure the time zone setting is correct:

1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > App Settings > Time Zone.
2. Turn off the Set Automatically option.
3. Tap Time Zone and select the correct time zone.
4. Sync your Fitbit device.

If that doesn't work, please perform a restart to your Charge 3. You can complete this, by following the steps here. On a side note, make sure that the Fitbit App is up to date. If it needs an update, please perform it and then try the steps above.

Hope this helps.
