Hi,
I am experiencing problems with my charge 3 touchscreen. It will not let me swipe up or across and just stays on the main clock face. The only time I can look at all the other information and swipe through the screens is when it is charging.
I have tried all the trouble shooting options and none work.
what am I to do?
Today I noticed that the screen at the top is starting to disappear.

In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried. In the meantime, restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.

I have read different forum posts to see could I fix the problem myself.
i have tried the long restart, I’ve rebooted the device. I’ve deleted the app and device off my phone and reinstalled and I’ve changed the clock face but none of these worked. The only time the touchscreen works is when the device is sitting in the charger!
what do I do now?
The Fitbit was bought in my local Currys in March 2019.
