So I got mine a couple days ago but the touchscreen does not seem to be working. I tried swiping every which way and restarting the device multiple times but still nothing. I even had someone else try it in the event I was doing something incorrectly but still nothing. Tapping on the screen does nothing either. Anyone else having issues with it?

I agree completely. I also like the sleep tracking on the Charge line. My new Charge 3 tracker is now on day 8 and working well. On the other hand, the previous one lasted for a month and a half before failing. Good luck!

I am having the same issue. I have tried everything recommended and the display does not work. I can see messages popup however touch does not work on the charge 3

The steps worked, I looked at the settings to see how I can fix the screen not being responsive to touch and now it’s working after I reset it. Thanks

Im dealing with the same thing touch screen isn’t working doesn’t matter how many times i reset or restart. What should i do?

I am having the same problem as Matthew H. At first just the touch screen wasn't working. Then I tried both restarting and turning it off and on as you advised. Now my screen is just black and I don't get anything except vibrations when I push the button. I have also tried disconnecting from bluetooth as another user suggested. Still no such luck.

I just had this problem a few minutes ago. I swiped every direction and nothing worked.
I went to the app and changed the clock image setting and that rebooted it on my fitbit and it was back to normal working...swipe and all.

Good afternoon - I also had a blank screen today and thought I had killed my Christmas present 😞 Many thanks for the helpful tips on resetting, my Fitbit is now back up and working fine.
