Charge 3 unreponsive tapping

My wife has a charge 4. I tried to brighten the screen by re-booting and then scrolling to the left to get to the settings page. I got to the setting page but no amount of tapping will open the settings  - thoughts?

I must admit I’m not sure exactly which Charge Fitbit you have. Your subject says Charge 3, your post says Charge 4 and your Label says Charge. But neither here nor there, you mention rebooting your Fitbit. (I’m assuming going through settings on your Fitbit which you can’t reach at this moment)

 

Have you tried restarting your Fitbit instead? Look here to see how: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm  ** Because your screen is not responding to taps use the restart method for unresponsive 

 

If restarting your Fitbit doesn’t fix the issue try changing the clock face by going through the Fitbit App. I’ve seen this work many times. Here’s how: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2311.htm 

🤞 I’m hoping a restart or changing the clock face helps get your wife’s Fitbit up and running again. Please let me know how it goes.

Hello,

I tried restarting my wife's watch and I tried changing the face of the
watch but neither helped increase the brightness of the watch itself. Is
there no other way to get into the watch settings??

If you long press the side button you see 3 options, you likely enabled SLEEP by mistake, just press that and SCREEN WAKE will enable again!
