Charge 3 unresponsive

I can't get to main screen. Stuck on screen display notifications. No swipe response any direction.  Will not restart 4, 8 or 15 second method. Wouldn't sync earlier in either of 2 devices.

Wow I cannot believe all the help I've received and so fast.  The face screen issue seems to have resolved itself.  It was just the Model number with maybe legal stuff under.  I don't even know how I got there.  As far as sync my kindle 10 and escape plus apparently are not supported.  It was suggested that some android app and the bluetooth enabled sync at some point.  So we'll see how it goes.  I never did restart using any of the methods but hopefully that issue is resolved also.
