My Charge has died on me. I've left it on charge for hours but the screen doesn't work, no green HR lights, no vibration, tried resetting and unresponsive to that too. Help!

Hi, I have a similar issue... my charge 3 just stopped 2 days ago, and doesnt seem to charge. I've left it on charge for hours but doesn't work, no green HR lights, tried resetting and unresponsive to that too. Help! It vibrates though and shows a happy face when restarting.. but doesnt charge.. battery shows 0% and blinking for hours
