So one day my charge 3 just started vibrating randomly without my touching it. I could also see that the display was also freaking out as if an invisible finger was just swiping and tapping everywhere. I couldn't get to the restart button in the settings and clipping it into the charging clip thing didn't stop the fitbit from going crazy so I decided to just let the battery slowly drain.
Now it's completely dead when off the charging clip. While charging, the display is always black but if I touch the button on the side, it vibrates constantly and only stops vibrating when I let go. I've tried holding down the button to restart it. The help page on how to restart the fitbit tells me to hold the side button for 8 seconds, but I've tried holding it for more than half a minute but it just keeps vibrating non-stop.
Is there anything I can do or is my fitbit just completely stuffed? This first happened a month after the warranty expired unfortunately so if there's no fix I can't get it replaced.
Thanks in advance.
