Bought a charge 3 today. After charging the tracker and pairing with my phone (samsung s10+) there is a message that there is an update for the tracker.
Starting update, and between 18 and 30% progress of download, the tracker goes from progress bar to complete black and comes back on with the Fitbit logo and webadress for start up. after a little while the update process start over again.
I cant stop it, so i cant use the tracker at all.
I have tried updating with laptop and a samsung s9 as well. Everyone with exactly same result.
All of them has been restarted, tracker been removed from the dashboard, tracker restarted, phones/laptop restarted.
It has been tried at least 30 times now.
Any other tips than i have been able to find here is appreciated.

Now also tried with iPhone 8. Goes to between 20% and 30% before the tracker goes all black and update failes.
Nothing else to do than return it to the dealer?
