When can we expect the next software update for the Charge 3? I hope that the following update contains:

- move/remove/hide apps on the watch like relax

- that the watch shows the amount of sleep and not ‘sleep not tracked,

- add a calendar

- add more locations for the weather

It's great to see you around, @Walker1901.

I appreciate the feedback provided about the Charge 3. I recommend taking a look at the following requests, vote for them and leave your comment:

About the more locations for weather, I didn't find a request like this. Feel free to visit our feature suggestions board and share your ideas.

Now about the the "Sleep not Tracked", our team is aware of the problem and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible, sorry for any inconvenience it's caused and appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track.

Let me know if you need anything else. 🙂

Can you give me a time indication when the update will be released?

Thanks for your participation in the Forums, @Walker1901.

Regarding your inquiry, we don't have any specific date or time frame on when a new firmware update for Charge 3 might be available.

Fitbit occasionally releases free feature enhancements and bug fixes for your device through firmware and Fitbit OS updates. For details about each type of update, see the articles: What's changed in the latest Fitbit device update? and What's changed in the latest Fitbit OS update?.

I will see you around. 🙂
