Charge 3 updating OS

Anyone else having issues getting the latest OS for their charge 3?  My version is 28.20001.88.11

 

I read that if it is under 38 connect to a computer and you will get an email to update.  I am still waiting.

Let me help you with this. Your tracker is on the latest software update. You can see a list of the latest firmware available for Fitbit devices here.
