Charge 3 vertical lines on the screen

I've read multiple posts regarding the issue with white vertical bands across the screen.  Restarting has not helped...what should I do next?

As you have tried restarting without any success, the next step is to contact customer support. They can check your warranty status and advise on your options.

Thank you for your quick response. I've looked for a contact number for
customer support, but couldn't find it...if you would be so kind to send it

There's a link to the customer support contact page in that help article, or you can go direct via contact.fitbit.com

 

They have a number of sites around the world so the number depends on where you are. Some countries do not have a local number. There is also a web chat option that I have found very useful in the past.
