I have researched everywhere possible to find out how to get my Fitbit charge 3 to stop vibrating whenever I move. On the app this morning it said I needed to update my Fitbit so I did. My Fitbit has always worked great with no problems what do ever. I tried to reset on my arm. I tried to reset by plugging into charger and holding the button in, I got the smiley face but then once I start moving around again the fitbit viberates. This wears the battery down within hours and is annoying on my arm and really annoying while trying to sleep. Is there another way I don’t see on how to fix this? As I said it has been working great until I did the upgrade this morning.

Good morning FitBit users.
After many days of reading so many problems with Fitbit Charge 3 after the upgrade and putting up with the vibrating of my Fitbit only to run my battery down in hours I came across a very helpful note from another Fitbit user that I would like to share that seemed to have fixed my Fitbit problems. And I am still using my same clock face.
The note said under Account to set all of your Daily Activities higher than you would actually do. I set mine as follows:
Steps 20,000
Distance 10 miles
Calories Burned 3,000
Active Minutes 80 min
Floors Climbed 30
Hours Activity Goal 14 hr/day
Went out for my 4 hour walk and no vibrating, everything seems to be working as it’s supposed work. I hope this will help more of you. If it works you can go back and reset your Daily Activities to what you want.
Before I sent this I wanted to see if my Sleep will work as well. All is back to normal, I am a happy camper.
It seems like the upgrade reset all my settings to a low number and the Fitbit didn’t know how to respond. All us well now. Feel free to let me know if this helped you.
And for the person who said to try this, I am sorry I can not find your comment to give you the credit but THANK YOU.

This isn’t really a fix. Will the next upgrade fix this long term?
