Charge 3 vibrating constantly and randomly flashing

My device has begun to flash and vibrate rendering it useless. I have tried the hard restart and nothing changes. What else can I do?

The same thing has happened to my Charge 3 today.

 

I hope we get some answers soon...

My Charge 3 did the same thing this  morning and is now dead.  It went from a full charge to a 1/2 charge after  buzzing repeatedly for 

several minutes.. now won't respond at all.    I really liked this model... wish they still had it..
