Hi, I've seen similar responses to this and I've followed them before posting as none have worked for me. My charge 3 went from 24% to zero in just a few hours yesterday. Now it shows just a horizontal white line. It's not charging either. When I hold the button down while on charge, it powers off, vibrates 6 times while showing the progress bar until there's a full white line again. I disconnect from the charger and it powers off. I reconnect, get a smiley face, the progress bar appears again along with 6 short vibrations and then it remains there as a white line. I've retried this several times and it's always the same. Any other suggestions please? Thanks in advance.

So I received an email asking me to contact support. So I went onto the online chat. My charge is now showing the 100 Diamond screen. I was asked to try a quick restart (hold button while on charge for 8 seconds, disconnect when you see the smiley face). No difference, I still get the 100 screen. The operator said I'd get an email in 10 mins with my warranty options but didn't know what the 100 meant other than it was some form of software error. Got the email and all it was, was a 35% discount to but a new fitbit! What kind of support is that? A team that don't know what their own support codes mean and just want to take advantage of my situation to sell me a new device!. If 2 years is the lifetime expectancy of a fitbit I think I'll try a more reliable brand. Plus, this is a software issue. I could understand if it was something physical with the device itself. How can it not be possible to fix that?
