Charge 3 white lines on screen

I bought my Charge 3 in Feb of this year. Today I have white lines appear on the screen. I have tried changing my clock face to fix this but it didn't work. I have also tried resetting it by connecting to the charge cable and holding the button down on the side for 8 and also 15 seconds but still nothing. I made sure it was connected correctly. This is very frustrating, can anyone advise further?

I’m having the same problem mine was a Christmas gift and about a month a line appeared now I have 3-5 tried resetting device several times and changing clock nothing has worked
