Charge 3 will not charge

6 month old charge 3 will not charge. Originally died when it stated 30% just a few hours prior. Put on charger as usual and it did not give me the battery sign. A few hours later it looked charged but after wearing it a half hour it was dead again. Once placed back on charger it vibrated as if updating but still no battery sign. After a couple hours the smiley face came on, but again, after wearing it a while it was dead. The next charge got me a flat line, then blackness. Unit also felt hot when taken off charger.
