Charge 3 will not display sleep, female health, or weight stats

While all of my data is being tracked and does sync to my phone, I can no longer see accurate data on my Charge 3 for: sleep, female health, or weight. Both sleep and weight view as if there is no data on my phone to sync to the device (untrue), and female health data has stated that I am one day from starting my cycle for a full 30 days.

So far, I have:

  • ensured I'm running the most recent version of the app (v. 3.13 for Android which was released Jan 20, 2020)
  • rebooted my Charge 3 device via the "about" section under settings
  • removed my device via the Fitbit app and then reinstalled it as a new device

None of these troubleshoots resolved the issue. I have seen others post similar issues, but I haven't found any resolutions offered yet. Please advise.

Still no fix. I don't even wear my device anymore given that it doesn't display anything that I actually need it to. Talked to support today and was told that the Fitbit team is still working hard to fix the bug and hopes to have a solution soon.

I would have believed that in January (when my device had only been having problems for a month or so), but at this point, I'm ready to just trash the device. I hadn't even had my Charge 3 for a year when it stopped working.

This has been an incredibly disappointing experience.
