Both sleep and weight view as if there is no data on my phone to sync to the device (untrue), and female health data has stated that I am one day from starting my cycle for a full 30 days.
So far, I have:
None of these troubleshoots resolved the issue. I have seen others post similar issues, but I haven't found any resolutions offered yet. Please advise.

Still no fix. I don't even wear my device anymore given that it doesn't display anything that I actually need it to. Talked to support today and was told that the Fitbit team is still working hard to fix the bug and hopes to have a solution soon.
I would have believed that in January (when my device had only been having problems for a month or so), but at this point, I'm ready to just trash the device. I hadn't even had my Charge 3 for a year when it stopped working.
This has been an incredibly disappointing experience.
