Charge 3 will not light up or turning on

Fitbit Charge 3 will not light up, I have tried doing a reboot and I have also tried changing my clock and nothing has been working

yesterday my charge 3 did a hard long vibrate then stopped. wont light up, nada.  cleaned the posts and plugged it in, nothing. my app says full battery, i tried everything. for a while, while plugged in it would at least vibrate when i pushed the button, but now it does nothing. no light up, no vibrate, completely black and dead. I have had it a year. is it done??

Mine did the exact same thing yesterday! Have you had any luck with the posting of the question?

Mine also did the same yesterday. It stopped working. I plugged it in and it showed a smiley face and started vibrating and now nothing!
