Charge 3 will not pair

My Charge 3 will not pair with my phone. Worked fine until i noticed about 2 weeks ago was only syncing current day and not tracking sleep. I have deleted the app restarted my phone reinstalled the app restarted my Charge 3 and have done all the troubleshooting and now it won't even pair with my phone. It sits on the same sorry we're having trouble screen forever and it is now losing time. It is not even a year old very frustrating.

I have tried all the trouble shooting steps several times with no luck. It still will not pair or finish set up.

Hello there @Jillhop84, thanks for getting back and following the recommendations provided above.

While reading your post I was wondering if the mobile device you're syncing with is included in our list of supported devices? You can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?

Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.

Besides the steps you've tried so far, I'd suggest to try the following in the order shown:

1. Remove the Charge 3 from the phone's Bluetooth settings.

2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.

3. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.

4. Setup your Charge 3 as a replacement.

Give this a go and let me know the outcome.

It is a note 5 and is on the compatible list. I have tried the other steps you mentioned and with no luck. I can't even get the phone to pair with it now. It just sits on the sorry we're having trouble screen.Sent from my U.S. Cellular® Smartphone

I have tried all the above mentioned and no luck. Just sits on sorry we're having trouble screen. It is a note 5 and should be compatible. This is very frustrating as it previously worked fine now it will not pair no matter what. And i have done all the trouble shooting steps several times each.

I am having the same issues and I have tried everything that was suggested.  My Charge 3 was connected to my phone but was never syncing.  I did as suggest and unpaired it, now it will not pair.  This is beyond frustrating

Hi @jweigel76, welcome on board. I totally understand where your frustration is coming from. Thank you so much for following the recommendations provided in the forums.

Can you please confirm if you followed all the steps I recommended here? Did you check in your phone's Bluetooth settings that the Charge 3 was no longer paired? Also, may I have the model of your phone?

I'm looking forward to your response, keep me posted.

Mine worked as well until the last update. Will not sync anymore. Seems like something is wrong with that update.
