This keeps happening and for money paid it should not! My charge 3 has dropped its sync yet again. I have tried all your suggestions and they DO NOT WORK. I have a Samsung S9 and all the latest updates and firmware have been installed. I run through the set up procedure get the four digit sync code then it sticks on connecting, forever!.......the charge 3 has the diamond logo flashing then its gets bored after a while and goes back to displaying the clock, whilst my S9 just continues to try to connect .

It's great to see you here @mal1.
I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this syncing issue by yourself. It's good to know that your tracker is syncing now. If there is anything else we can help you with, do not hesitate to post it.

Hi Thanks for the reply i do like the charge 3, but its just this keep happening and i loose, in this case a weeks worth of exercise tracking and sleep pattern.
Another point is that i have noticed at the top of my charge 3 i have two black lines running through the white information on the screen, is this normal?

omg! i have the same problem as you. I have a son with special needs and rely on his fitbit. iI track my sons sleep for health reasons and i have tried multiple time to fix this problem. Fitbit was no help.
