Charge 3 will not sync

My Charge 3 will not sync with my phone.  I have tried everything and followed ALL of the instructions. What should I do? This is the third day

I don't know what you have tried so far but the usual things I try when I get syncing issues are:

 

If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com
