Charge 3 will not sync

My charge 3 will not sync I have tried everything that is mentioned in community I've spoken to help they advised me to delete my data which I done. I've uninstall led the app and still no joy. If I do get hooked up it doesn't last for a day. I'm ready for flinging it out the window.

Sorry to hear that your Charge 3 isn't syncing and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I am not sure what you have tried up to this point besides the steps you already mentioned. Try clearing the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

Hello
I have done all you have mentioned and no joy.
It it now not keeping the correct time I must contact fitbit and get it
replaced as this past week I have spent more hours trying to get it fixed .
It's been charged up as I had to put it on the charger every time I
reinstalled the app. When I removed all devices from my phone it takes hrs
to hook up again and it's no sooner working till it's gone again.
I bought this to monitor my heart rate as I have AF and this week has been
very stressfull..
