My charge 3 will not turn on unless ita plugged in even then I have to restart it for it to show up but the min I take it off the charger the screen stops working, it doesn't vibrate no green light on back nothing. It's not even 2 years old

Just go to settings/brightness and select brightness you want Dim/Normal/Auto. It defaults to dim.
