Charge 3 wiped today's data after syncing

I have worn my fitbit today I recorded exercise on it but when I have synced it to the app its wiped todays data

Thank you for the information! This is a very odd behavior and should not happen. I'd recommend restarting your Charge 3 to refresh its performance and avoid this from happening. For a restart, please follow the instructions in this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

 

On a side note, I also recommend following these troubleshooting steps in case there is a syncing inconvenience.
