Like many others, my Charge 3 has a blank screen. No problem with charging or syncing with the App but no display so I can not see any notifications or data. Holding the button will cause a vibration event to occur.
Shortly after the display went blank, the app was updated and synced the Charge 3 with the app - no change. Next, checked for an update for the Charge 3 - there was, so the update was installed but the display was still blank. Went back to App - Help & Support and check for additional updates, app reports Charge 3 is up to date!
Have tried to restart the device by plugging in and holding the button, it vibrates a few times but no smiley face is ever displayed. Have tried this method numerous times plus many others I have found on the forums. When holding the button, there is a vibration around 2-3 seconds and another around 10-12 seconds.
Help please as I need my display to work again.
