Charge 3 black screen and won't sync

Hi my Charge 3 has been having multiple issues over the last few months. Firstly it wasn't syncing to my phone (Galaxy S9), then the screen went black and pressing the button only makes the watch vibrate constantly (it doesn't reset it), and occasionally it will display error code 1.

 

I have let the battery in the watch drain to restart it that way to reconnect it to to my phone but then it goes back through the previous stages. is there any thing you can do to help (especially since the watch is less than a year old)
