Hi! My Fitbit won’t charge. I already tried charging with the charger from a friend, so there seem to be no problem with my charger but with the Fitbit itself. Any advice?

Thanks for troubleshooting this battery issue. If your Charge 3 isn't charging, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? and follow the instructions provided there.
