Charge 3 won't charge

Hello, I am having issues with my Charge 3. It was working just fine the night before it happened, the next morning I woke up, it doesn’t lit up.

I tried charging, it worked and charged to 1% only but won’t go any higher so it only has power when connected to the charger.

I have tried every steps I found here on the forums and support, rebooted my Charge 3 countless times, replaced cords, plugged it to different USB ports, cleaned pins and the back, left it charging for hours, nothing worked and it’s very depressing.

 

Somebody please help.

We have the same problem with My Wife's Charge 3

same problem either charges or not how would we no after restarting it and get the  smiley face...............blank screen.

we get the "smiley face " but nothing!
