Charge 3 won't charge

My Charge 3 doesn’t charge. It will charge if I put it on my Charge 2 charger. The pins are aligned but the watch doesn’t show charging.

No. It was under guarantee so I returned for a refund.

I have tried everything suggested and my fitbit Chatlrge 3 will not charge. It is completely dead so I dont know what to do?? It was a gift so I cant return it.

It has been a while, so my memory is a bit foggy, but I think mine was still under warranty.  I was sent a new charger.  That didn't solve the problem so I was sent a new fitbit.

It never did charge and when I messaged support, they said it’s a common problem and needs to be replaced
