Charge 3 won't charge

So I’ve had my Charge 3 for a few months now and I am actually on my 2nd Charge 3 with the same issues.

 

My current one just started acting up yesterday out of nowhere. It was working fine, I took it off to take a shower and when I put it back on after the shower it was completely dead. It will not power on, I left it plugged into the charger all day today, I even tried a different charger and different outlets with no luck. It does not vibrate when I plug it in and does nothing if I hold the side button with it plugged in for a reset. 

I'm very unhappy with my device and strongly considering paying the extra money and switching to an Apple Watch. Hopefully someone will have an answer and change the way I feel about the Charge 3. I really like the device but I am tired of not being able to get a full year out of them. It is getting very expensive.

I understand how are you feeling and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this battery issue. If your Charge 3 isn't charging, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? and follow the instructions provided there.

None of these solutions fixed my problem. Still dead as a door nail
