I tried a hard reset and it has not resolved the issue. This is my second Charge 3, FitBit replaced my first one in July as the original screen started getting lines through it shortly after I bought it. This Charge 3 won't hold a charge. When I plug the Charge 3 into my computer it appears to be charging. After some time the watch will come back on and say it has a full charge. But when I go to use it the charge disappears within minutes and the watch gives me all the warnings, then vibrates and goes dead.

Hi there @Playnejayne, thanks for stopping by and for the details provided about your Charge 3's battery behavior.
As per the description, it seems that it has insufficient power source. Where do you charge your tracker? Have you checked if by any chance the USB port or outlet is faulty? If you haven't done so, try a different port. A UL-certified wall charger will also work. Don't use a USB hub. You can find more detailed information in the help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
Also, I'd like you to review the tips and recommendations provided in the article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?
Give this a go and let me know the outcome, I'll be around and glad to further help you.

Hi MarreFitBit,
I charge my Charge 3 on my computer and have tried all the usb ports. It is still doing the same thing, looks like it's charging, says it has a full charge, then I disconnect it from the computer and within 30 minutes is back down to 3% charge.
thanks for your assistance,
Jayne

This is happening to me too, ever since I updated the software the other day. Will not hold a charge, even though I have plugged it in many places. As long as it’s plugged in, it is on, but shows a 0 battery.

Hey there! Yes, I read all of those and they aren’t really relevant. Btw, I work in SF SOMA if for any reason you want me to bring it in as an example, assuming you’re having this issue with others as well.
