Charge 3 won't charge

Hi!

My fitbit charge 3 has had a hard time charging, it’s been a mess trying to get it to charge, it wouldn’t do it no matter what I did - clean it, reboot it... my charger then broke, so I bought a new charging cable. While I was waiting for it to come in the mail my fitbit went to 0% and is now dead. I put it to charge with the new cable, but nothing so far. It’s been a few hours. I’ve tried cleaning it, which is all I can do unless it charges. I’ve tried changing the wall charger, it didn’t help. Somehow it seems like the problem is in the device, not the charger? I don’t know what to do, this is my second charge 3, the first one was faulty and had lines all ober the screen, I got this one instead when I sent it back, and it’s been working fine for about a year. A few weeks ago it started acting up, not wanting to charge. Rebooting helped for a while, so did cleaning it, but now it just wants to stay dead. What should I do?
Also, it’s been connected to an iPhone, but now there’s obviously no connection...
