I tried to charge my Charge 3 tonight and it won’t register that I have the charger connected so after an hour it’s still sitting at 5% battery life left. I reset the Charge 3 thinking that would help but it didn’t. I’ve tried moving the plug in to different outlets. When I plug other things into the outlet they register that the outlet is working. I can’t figure out if it’s the Charge 3 or the cable. Any ideas?

Let me help you with your Charge 3 not charging and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours.

It died while on the charger and I waited 30 min to try to get it to turn back on and it’s not rebooting. I should have mentioned I tried cleaning the contact and posts already. I didn’t realize rubbing alcohol was ok though. I used a damp q-tip to wipe away anything that didn’t belong before and it worked fine after. This time it’s still not taking a charge.

I'm having the same issue. Charged it last night & dead this morning. Tried to charge this am & makes it to 1% then says its not charging & keeps vibrating. 1 yr & 5mos. I think these things are disposable. So sad

Having same issue won't charges up to 26% now and indicates it is charging but is not. I have done everything and have a ticket number. Charge 3 is 1 year six months old and I pay for premium. This is sad!

I haven’t heard from anyone from support yet. Do you know how long it usually takes to hear from them?

Let me help you with your Charge 3 not charging. @Kelann162 you don't mention any troubleshoots so I suggest you try these suggestions on your device. @Nancyjw I noticed that you already have a ticket with Support so please work with them to find a solution. @Jumanji888 sorry to hear that you haven't received a reply, due to current events our Support's team response may be delay but rest assured that you will get one from them.
