Charge 3 won’t connect to 3rd party app

My Charge 3 stopped updating my 3rd party app. Anyone have a fix?

I am also having problems syncing to the Vesync third-party app which is connected to my Etekcity scale. 

 

Can you please help?

 

 

UPDATE:  The day after I submitted the original request the Vesync data synced with my Fitbit data thankfully.  It just appeared and I don’t know how it happened. Happy I can now fully use my new scale!
