I have a Charge 3 for almost a year. When charging the charge stops at 99% and never reaches 100% with the :-).
I have tried resetting my Fitbit did not work. I've done a full factory reset by holding the button in for 6 or more seconds this does reset it however when the screen refreshes battery level is now at 84% every time. Once battery is reset to 84% Fitbit will then charge to 100% with a :-).
This is a weekly occurrence I have also not seen any firmware updates to resolve this issue. I also have an occasion the screen goes black and freezes and again I have to do a full factory reset by holding the button in with charger plugged in for 6 or more seconds. Is there a permanent fix for this? Weekly Factory resets are getting tiring.
