My Fitbit Charge 3 is about 18 months old. The last couple of weeks it will not hold a charge. Dies within a couple of hours of charging. Have tried turning off all day sync, removing as many notifications as possible (only have text, phone and stand reminders activated), have tried to hold the button in and reset until I see the smiley face, have tried other chargers, and nothing seems to work. I'm very disappointed. I've had other Fitbits and they have lasted for a long time and I only replaced for an upgrade. Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi there @cmorrow73, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 is no longer holding a charge. I appreciate you've taken the time to troubleshoot your tracker's battery.
