Fitbit Charge 3, near full charge last night, at 2% this morning. Recharged up to 71% and no charge within an hour. Never had this problem, happened suddenly.

This problem occurred literally overnight. My Fitbit did not have any problem keeping charge until yesterday morning when the battery was dead. I recharged it and it was dead within an hour. I recharged it again and the battery is dead within minutes. There is something going on that is draining the battery.

I contacted the support team a few days ago and they were not able to help me. The reality is that the battery is unable to retain charge without warning. I have since purchased a Charge 4. Thank you for your response.

@MikeC3 thank you for the update. Sorry to hear that Support wasn't able to help you but glad to hear that you have a new Charge 4. Hopefully it can help you reach your goals.
Happy stepping.
