hello
I left my Fitbit at home today but Mobile track counted my steps.
When I sync MT these are added to my daily total, but as soon as I sync my tracker these are lost.
I have followed the steps below as advised by Alexandra Fitbit on another similar thread but it hasn't worked:
1. Accrue steps using mobiletrack
2. Sync your Fitbit tracker (all mobiletrack steps are 'lost')
3. Switch off bluetooth on your phone. Fitbit app states it can't sync
4. Go to mobiltrack in your devices list and click 'sync now'. Mobile track steps should reappear.
5. Turn bluetooth back on and sync tracker. All device should have all steps.
Does anyone have any other advice which works for them?
Thanks

Thank you for visiting the Fitbit Community, @DS101.
Thanks for trying to resolve the issue you experienced before contacting us.
In this case you can uninstall/reinstall MobileTrack by doing the following:
If necessary, you can add steps to your Fitbit account by manually logging activities like walking, running or hiking. Go to the online Dashboard at fitbit.com > Log > Activities, log any of those activities and from the dropdown menu select steps instead of distance:

How many steps where lost?
During the time you used mobile track, where there steps being recorded by the Charge 3? These steps will override what mobile track has recorded.
