Charge 3 won't keep the correct time

Hi, since some weeks  the time Of my fitbit charge 3 is not correct anymore (time zone vienna is active). During the day The difference is about 1-5 minutes. Every evening i sync my watch (start ipad and sync). After this sync the time is absolutely correct. I only use my ipad in the evening. This means that I turn it off during night and day. In the morning I have a difference of min. 15 minutes. Can you please help me? Thank you.

Hi @Paul9920, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the time on you Charge 3 goes off during the day. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

If your tracker is not keeping the correct time, this may be due to syncing issues. Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your tracker and see if the issue gets fixed.
