Hi, my fitbit is approx 18 months old. Today the screen has vertical lines on it. I have tried to restart and reboot and it hasn’t corrected. Was anyone able to get theirs fixed? I have checked similar threads but no joy.

Yes ring them and explain and they send you out a new screen no problems and very few questions asked

Mine is doing the same and is only 11 months old.

Mine is 11 months old to and it started with a few white vertical lines, now seems to be a faded white box with the edges of the screen visible.

I got in touch by phone with Fitbit. So helpful. My fitbit is in warranty and they are sending a replacement. Delighted 😀
