Hi there @Ss94, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided.

While reading your post I was wondering if the mobile device you're syncing with is included in our list of supported devices? You can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?

Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.

If you've not done so, I'd suggest to try the following:

1. Remove the Charge 3 from the phone's Bluetooth settings and not only from your Fitbit account.

2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.

3. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.

4. Setup your Charge 3 as a replacement.

I hope this helps, let me know if you need further assistance.

@Ss94 did you unpair the Fitbit from your phones bluetooth, or removed the Charge 3 from your Fitbit app and your Fitbit account?

I'm not sure what has been sorted out @Ss94 does your charge 3 show as a trusted device in the Bluetooth menu?

Hi there @Ss94, thanks for getting back.

In order for @Rich_Laue and me to help you, could you please give us more details? We'd appreciate if you can answer the following questions:

  • What's the model of your phone?
  • What OS is running your phone?
  • Is your Charge 3 appearing on your phone's Bluetooth Settings?
  • Have you tried the steps provided in the help article: Why are notifications delayed or missing?

We're looking forward to your response, keep us posted. 😉
