Charge 3 won't pair anymore

Synch died October 5th . rebooted both devices, nothing

stopped / started bluetooth - nothing

uninstalled / reinstalled the app on Galaxy A11 - nothing

Broke the pairing - then could not repair at all- even tried the Clear User Data optin someone suggested - still nothing

Am I missing something or is it just toast?? (will be 2 yrs old this christmas)

I'm having same issues tried everything only got my fitbit in March was great until Saturday then got black lines across screen and wont sync getting annoyed tbh .

I have tried all of the above and all I get is a connecting screen on my phone and my charge 3 acts like it is connecting but doesn't. When I close out of the app fully the watch tells me that it failed at pairing.

 

I put in my four digit pairing code and then is says "sorry, the set up is taking longer then usual. Please be patient, we're on it." But it never goes past it.

I have done all troubleshooting inc resets uninstalling and re-installing the app several times .I do not get a error message but watch wont sync .my partner bought the fitbit for me as I'm not tech savvy and I thought it would be easiest one to start with just download app and go .Bought from argos at end of march only had problems for about a week now dont know what else to do

Yes I have already performed all of those troubleshooting steps

And what screen shot of "nothing" can I give you?

The fitbit will not show as an available device at all (once in a while it will actually show, but then it tries to pair & then just stops)
