I have tried all the tricks of turning off, turning back on Bluetooth on iPhone, putting Charge 3 in the charger and holding the side button until the 🙂 appears, holding my mouth sideways, etc. Nothing is working. It seems to have started after the latest software update on my iPhone. Is anyone else having problems?

I managed to chat with Fitbit help and I have done everything they suggested switched things off and back on deleted app and reinstalled twice nothing is working Apple did an update yesterday all I can think of is there is a glitch in between the update and the app. Other Bluetooth devices connected to my phone so I know Bluetooth is ok. My phone just keeps saying no device found.. if anyone has any other tips apart from reinstalling app or switching phone/blue tooth on and off and restarting Fitbit charge 3 .. sure would like to hear from you.. sooo annoying
Thank you for the reply. This has been my experience as well since updating my iPhone yesterday. I can pair with other bluetooth devices, just not my fitbit. My workphone has not updated yet and I could pair with it. Hoping that fitbit pushes a fix soon.

I’m on 13.4.1 updated last night Sw on iPhone
Just spent an hour (1/2 hr on hold and 1/2 hr with support rep who couldn’t wait to get off the phone) but I have had success with the sync problem I reported this morning.
the solution is:
you need to login to your account from another phone. Before attempting to log in you need to turn blue tooth off your phone. My second phone automatically sync when I logged in and displayed correctly. I logged out of the second phone and then logged into my phone and the phone did sync properly. Problem resolved for now😀 good luck.
Mine started late last night has been the last update. Done everything and could not get it to pair on iPhone or iPad.
Every time there is a iOS update on the iPhone the charge 3 stops syncing. Bluetooth will not pair up. All the steps were followed to make this happen rebooting phone, turning Bluetooth off and on, resetting charge 3 without result. This is becoming very frustrating
I haven’t got a second phone to do that! I’ve tried everything!!
