I have tried all the tricks of turning off, turning back on Bluetooth on iPhone, putting Charge 3 in the charger and holding the side button until the 🙂 appears, holding my mouth sideways, etc. Nothing is working. It seems to have started after the latest software update on my iPhone. Is anyone else having problems?

It appears the sync works on Android apps but not on IOS formats. I can get it to sync online through the website but the app isn’t syncing with out Bluetooth.

My IPAD was updated on Sunday to the 13.4.1 so I think there is a bug that Fitbit needs to address. Luckily I can still syncs with my Android app or online through the website. I think support is minimal right now due to the virus. They define need to update their platform on the IOS platform

Your welcome. I wasn’t sure if it would work online but it did. I just hope they fix the glitch on the app.
I have tried everything on my IPAD deleting the app, rebooting my Fitbit several times and nothing works. I hope they fix this bug on the IOS platform. I’m glad you got your Bluetooth to sync again on your Iphone. It does work on my Android luckily.

Finally mine is syncing 😀 I turned all background apps off, did watch reboot, turned iPhone off and back on. Still didn’t work. I went into Bluetooth settings and clicked ‘forget this device’ I logged back into the app but still nothing. A few hours later tried again and it’s now sync my 3 lost days and today’s activity. Pleased it seems to be working again

My husband updated my iPhone and our iPad to IOS 13.4.1 three days ago and since then chaos! Following forum advice he was able to get my watch to sync once and once only.
Based on what I have read it appears that Fitbit needs to release a software patch as a matter of urgency to overcome this problem.
I would welcome a response indicating the timescale for such an upgrade.

I bought a brand new Charge 3 in February and at first, everything was great until it stopped syncing all of the sudden. I can't remember if this happened subsequent to a software upgrade or app upgrade. All I know is that all of the sudden the notifications on the Charge didn't come through and then I started losing minutes during the day (as in the my Charge 3 was showing the wrong time).
I did followed steps of everything I could find on forums to no avail. I ultimately reached out to the support team first via Twitter and then through chat. They opened up a service ticket but stated that they would contact me when they resolve the issue after acknowledging that there may be some problems between the charge 3 and iOS, but this was weeks ago.
Over the last couple of weeks I have suspected that the issue might actually be with the Charge 3. I owned a Charge 2 and have reverted back to it since my Charge 3 stopped syncing. The Charge 2 hasn't had any issues syncing in the mean time. For instance, I've had to set the up the Charge 3 from scratch a few times and I noticed that when I don't have the "all-day sync" (thus the fitbit device paired to the phone) it stops syncing. So I removed the all-day sync feature and that seems to help a bit (though renders a lot of the notification features useless). However, I also noticed that the phone will not sync to the Charge 3 if I am actually wearing the device. Synchronisation only happens when I am not wearing the device and this when. I have it on after a few hours, the time will be off again.
Given all the issues I have read with the device in multiple forums, I do not believe that fitbit will come up with an app or firmware update any time soon. I am wondering what needs to be done to get either a replacement or an upgrade to the Charge 4 (given that I paid the same amount for the Charge 3 when I bought it). Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.
