I have tried all the tricks of turning off, turning back on Bluetooth on iPhone, putting Charge 3 in the charger and holding the side button until the 🙂 appears, holding my mouth sideways, etc. Nothing is working. It seems to have started after the latest software update on my iPhone. Is anyone else having problems?

Best AnswerI was afraid to click on forget this device for fear I would lose all my stats. Did you lose any of your previously stored data? I have tried just about everything and support is not on the job helping fix this issue.

Best AnswerWow thank you! Just tried this and it worked 😃
Best AnswerI deleted the App from my iPhone and reinstalled even used a different email address to reset my Fitbit. Still having problem connecting with my iPhone. I think Apple is responsible for this. It is somehow blocking the signal.
Best AnswerThis problem started when I updated my software. I spent at least 90 minutes this morning on Google, Fitbit and Apple doing everything I could to sync my iPad and iPhone. There was a suggestion on the forum to hit the "Forget This Device", so I did this on my iPad and it tried to sync with no success, so I requested a live chat. I was #41 in line but it only took about 10 minutes to connect. I used my iPad and followed the person's instructions. My phone still says it isn't connected on Bluetooth, but when I go on the app everything is fine. Hope this helps.
