Charge 3 won’t pair or sync with iOS devices

I have tried all the tricks of turning off, turning back on Bluetooth on iPhone, putting Charge 3 in the charger and holding the side button until the 🙂 appears, holding my mouth sideways, etc. Nothing is working. It seems to have started after the latest software update on my iPhone. Is anyone else having problems?

I told my phone to forget the charge 3, then let it discover it again through Bluetooth, mine started working after that, and is still working today. The customer service rep said to remove it from my app and reinstall. It found it, but then wouldn’t connect. She had no other solution. The forum said to forget and rediscover it, and voila! If you haven’t tried this, it might fix yours, too.

Try deleting fitbit from Bluetooth on phone. Then open fitbit app and got from there. That is what I did finally. Actually got the idea from someone on here. Sure wasn’t from Fitbit .

If you haven’t told Bluetooth to forget the device and then let it rediscover it, that fixed mine. Looks like customer service could have told me. The forum provided my solution.

Do what others said. Worked for me. Go to settings, Bluetooth, and click on Fitbit “forget this device”. Take it off, then back on. No lost info.

Go to Bluetooth setting, forget the charge 3, it’ll rediscover it, and hopefully yours will be fixed like mine was!

If I had another phone I would try this. It is a constant issue that I have to make multiple attempts to get my Charge 3 to sync. Now it won’t at all!

Same here with the synchronization issue. Plus today the time is showing, but it’s incorrect. Consistently 11 minutes slow. Frustrating to put it mildly.

I deleted the app but that didn’t help. But went into settings , Bluetooth , clicked on fitbit then forget. , then went to app and clicked as if I was adding a new device, finally got to where it was looking for Bluetooth, and got connected,

Did it through APPS on iPad and it synced but 1st did ‘forget this device’ under Fitbit in Bluetooth. It found it automatically when I then went to APPS and no data lost!!

Did you try going to your Bluetooth settings and ‘forget Fitbit’ , then going to the app and add new device, .?

It worked! I went to settings, Bluetooth, forget this Fitbit. Then went to app and it synced immediately. And my time reset to the correct time. Thank you so much!

I had that same problem. This morning my phone worked, but not the iPad, but as soon as my phone synced, the iPad did, too. Now my iPad synced and my phone said it wasn’t found, but it shows same as my iPad. Which is current information.Go figure.

Just went to APPS and found Fitbit charge 3 and it found my device even though I had done ‘forget this device’ in Bluetooth first. Worked immediately
